Mondays 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.

This class is suitable for any level.  Yoga poses with a focus on gentle strength, stretch, breath work and calmness.  Chair used for stability.  No floor work, this class is perfect for anyone who has knee, back or other physical challenges.




6:00-6:30 p.m.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will get your heart rate up and increase your stamina. 

Intervals of challenging cardio, such as jump rope, kettle bell swings, Battle Rope and more are examples of what you will do in this class.  Strength stations will be intermixed.

Modifications will be shown, this class is suitable for all levels.

$10 ~ Any (1) FITNESS class - Drop In Rate

   (Chair Fitness, Stability Ball Class, Circuits, Burn It!)

$40/Month ~ Unlimited fitness and/or yoga classes.

$30/Month ~ Any (1) fitness and/or yoga class per week.

Yoga/Fitness Class Fees

Monthly fees are due by the 25th of the month and cover the entire next month of your fitness and yoga classes.  You can attend any class you would like!

Stability Ball Strength


5:30 - 6:00 p.m.

This 30 minute strength class is a ball of fun!  We use fitness balls, weights, bands, kettlebells and whatever is needed to tone and build muscle throughout the whole body!

Modifications will be shown, this class is suitable for all levels, even beginners!

Wednesdays  5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

Saturdays       9:30 - 10:15 a.m.

Calorie torching fun to get your heart rate pounding!  A little bit of everything (step, kettlebells, weights, bands, dance and/or salsa and much more) to get you moving and grooving.  Never get bored again!

is it hard to workout by yourself?  Difficult to get motivated?

You aren't alone!  Group classes provide that push to show-up, work hard and stay interested.  Being in a group fitness class helps you meet like minded people in your own hometown.  Not only will your fitness friends support YOU - you just might help someone else in their wellness journey. 

It's a win-win like no other! 

Yoga is an ancient practice originating in India

thousands of years ago.

A beautiful combination of body, breath and mindfulness, yoga is beneficial for increasing flexibility, body and core strength, mental acuity, balance and peacefulness.  You don't need to be flexible or strong to participate - we practice yoga to build these attributes.  Movement through each yoga pose or asana is performed gently, fluidly and with attentiveness to how the body feels. 

Yoga and Fitness Classes

moderate yoga

Fridays  10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Moderate yoga is designed for

the beginner yoga student or

those dealing with health

issues such as fibromyalgia, sleep issues or physical limitations.  Gentle poses are included along with breath work, show stretching and a calming relaxation.


Wednesdays  6:30-7:30 p.m.

A more energetic practice containing stronger poses, core work and sun salutations designed to get the blood flowing.

This class is a great way to become stronger while being supported by a chair.  As you get more adept, you have the option to use a stability ball.  Plenty of feedback and assistance to help you learn the exercises
