Nutrition Coaching 

If you need some direction in your goal to make healthier eating choices,

Nutrition Coaching can be life altering.


No particular "diet" is advocated, we will discuss your goals, challenges, food addictions and work together to make changes and create new behaviors with food.


Nutrition Coaching Fee:  $140/month

Weekly consults plus check-in sessions (approx 15 min)

included with this fee.

Balance Strength offers two fun programs for your staff.


One on one training can motivate and assist you to achieving your fitness and health goals

Group classes provide camaraderie, motivation and FUN to keep you interested and showing up!

Personal training at a higher level.  This training is designed for the client who has the ultimate tenacity and time to focus on their goals.

Combining breath, body and mind, yoga is beneficial for increasing flexibility, strength, balance, awareness and peacefulness.

CORPORATE PROGRAMS

Classes:


**NEW** Chair Yoga - This yoga class is designed to increase flexibility and strength and is done completely on the chair.  Slow movements, focus on breath for increase oxygenation and calm are hallmarks of this class.  For those that want to practice balance, there will be a couple of poses while holding onto the chair back, but that is not necessary and all poses will have modifications.  If you are experiencing health challenges, i.e.  ankle, knee or hip issues, MS, cancer, or other disease that limits mobility, this class is for you.  Please be aware that my studio is on a second floor and the building does not have an elevator.  The stairs do have a landing though between short flights.

Strength (Chair) Fitness - This strengthening class is perfect for anyone just starting out who is remaining active while healing a health issue or simply wants a beginners class. 

Chairs provided for support, but not mandatory and modifications shown for any level.
                 Mondays and Fridays     10:00 - 10:30 a.m.


Morning Yoga - Stretch, build strength and gain flexibility. You can use a chair for support in this class but it is not necessary.

Suitable for all levels- participants may use a yoga block or chair as a prop.
                  Mondays and Fridays     10:30 - 11:30 a.m.


PT Class - Designed like a personal training session that is in a class format. Full body strength workout!  Suitable for all levels - modifications shown.
                    Mondays                     6:00 - 6:40 p.m.



Burn It! - Cardio class that combines step, salsa, weights, bands, etc for a calorie torching workout.
                 Wednesdays                      6:00 - 6:45 p.m.
                 Saturdays                           9:30 - 10:15 a.m.


Evening YogaA calm yet strong yoga practice that builds strength in the core

and throughout the body, adds flexibility while soothing the mind.

                 Mondays                            6:50 - 8 p.m.

Yoga Stretch and MeditationThis yoga class uses each pose to build flexibility in the body...

a longer calming relaxation is included to ease the mind and sooth the spirit.
