Personal Training Fees

Hourly Session Fee:              $80

Half Hour Session Fee:        $40


Monthly Fees     

(Discounted Rate for Monthly Payments)


$300/Month  :  Two (2) 45 min sessions per week


$250/Month  :  Two (2) 30 min sessions per week


$230/Month  :  One (1) 45 min session per week


$200/Month  :  One (1) 30 min session per week


There is no extra charge for unlimited classes

We start by doing an assessment of where you are today, then together we create a workout and food plan tailored to your schedule and needs.


We will discuss eating patterns and choices to find out how we can enhance your progress.
